I have been an educator with Mackay family day care since 1991. I have four grown up children and I am also a grandmother.
I provide an open ended nurturing child based play environment that is suitable for all children to participate in.
I extend on children’s learning by using both natural and processed materials and equipment. Craft and play activities are followed on by acknowledging children’s abilities and developmental needs.
Learning outcomes are also enhanced through social playgroups, outings to other educator’s houses and other special events organised by the scheme.
