I have been an educator with MFDC since 2008. I choose this career as I love being at home and looking after little people. Since I began this journey I still have two of the children in care that started with me on that first day now coming to after school care plus the third child In this family also. In my service for the little ones I believe in routine (eg: morning tea, lunch etc at the same time daily) but variety in the activities and rarely go on outings.
